Keith Law's 2016 MLB mock draft 2.0

Allow me to sum up this mock draft and the current feeling of most of the scouts/execs I spoke to this week about who's going where in the first round: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A few things have changed because of conference-tournament action this week -- I was at the SEC tourney for two days, along with probably a hundred scouts, 10-plus directors and at least five GMs -- but some of these pick predictions are the same as the mock draft 1.0 because teams haven't begun their predraft meetings yet. Once that happens, we should see more movement, with some teams making their preferences known or winnowing their target lists. I should know more for the mock draft 3.0, which will be posted on Friday (June 3). You can also see my latest MLB draft Big Board here.

1. Philadelphia Phillies
A.J. Puk, LHP
Florida

I think it's more likely Puk than the field at this point. The Phillies have kept their short list at five names, doing their due diligence on Puk, Kyle Lewis, Corey Ray, Blake Rutherford and Mickey Moniak, but I'd bet more heavily on Puk now than I would have in the last mock.
